General questions

How do I know which tier is right for me?
Start with the value statements on each tier card. The short version: Personal is for individual practitioners. Team is for groups that want visibility into their configured agents. Team Pro adds the Full sensor, which unlocks discovery, full activity context, and the ability to act. Enterprise adds identity integration, regional hosting, FDE support, and bundles every view.
What's the difference between Light and Full?
Light captures activity from the AI agents you've configured Origin to track. Full captures activity from every AI agent on the endpoint, including shadow AI and unsanctioned agents IT hasn't tracked yet. Team Pro and Enterprise include Full.
How does the Full sensor install?
Via your existing MDM (Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE). The agent is signed and packaged for Windows and macOS and ships with the documentation and security artifacts your IT and security teams need to review and deploy.
Where does my data live?
Origin cloud is hosted in the US by default. Enterprise customers can specify regional hosting (EU and others), or deploy in hybrid or fully self-hosted configurations.
What's included in Personal's free tier?
Always-included views (inventory, tokenomics, tracing) on a single seat with 14-day retention and a monthly query limit. Work email required at signup. No à la carte add-ons, no integrations, no SLA.
How is Origin billed?
Personal is free. Team and Team Pro are billed per endpoint. Enterprise is custom, on a scaled bucket. Query credit packs and à la carte advanced view SKUs are billed separately. Contact sales for current pricing.
